Breath of Heaven Video

Drew and I love this You Tube video. We have watched it hundreds of times over the last year. This Christmas, Drew will dance to the Chelsea Boyd version of Mary Did You Know. She will also perform to Christmas Shoes. Her lyrical is improving; so, maybe she'll be ready for Breath of Heaven by next Christmas.

(Check out the arabesques and fouettes about 2 minutes into the song. Drew says to tell you it's not as easy as it looks!)

Kiwanis of Lumberton-Robeson Pancake Festival

Drew and Kayla helped serve tonight at the Kiwanis Pancake Supper. Drew had a fun time, but decided that she definitely doesn't want to be a waitress when she grows up. She did enjoy eating the pancakes though.

Thank You!

Tuesday we attended the Veterans' Day Parade and Ceremony in Pembroke. It was a great reminder of how blessed we are to live in the USA. Thanks to all who have and are currently serving so that we can enjoy the freedom that America offers. Thanks most of all for the one who died on an old rugged cross that we might be set free from the bondage of sin. It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by the yoke of slavery.
Galatians 5:1

High School Musical Poll

Inspired by my friend Amy's blog, Drew and I decided to do a poll of our own. We went to see High School Musical 3 last weekend with Kayla, Jr. Miss Lumbee, for her birthday. I personally think that HSM 2 is the best, but Drew doesn't agree with me. Her favorite is HSM 3. Take our poll and let us know which one you like best.
